Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is hiring a Food Service Worker Supervisor S04 at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. The opening is regular full-time, generally 35 to 40 hours per week, with a published pay rate of $24.31 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Assign and distribute work to food-service employees
- Coach, counsel, train and mentor staff
- Support leave decisions, timecards, performance reviews and personnel actions
- Set up food counters and service stands
- Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, pastries and food items
- Maintain standard portions, recipes and presentation standards
- Clean equipment and maintain an orderly customer-service area
- Follow merchandising, stocking, rotation and storage procedures
- Develop and implement activity safety plans
- Conduct safety meetings and correct unsafe conditions
- Operate a cash register and manage the assigned change fund
