- Be able to work five days per week during work rotations

- A manufacturing-related bachelor’s path such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Completion of freshman year or higher by Spring 2026
- Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing
- Strong interest in automotive manufacturing
- Microsoft Office skills

- Teamwork and independent-work ability
- Prioritization and leadership skills
